Romanians aint illegal. I believe they're EU now.
These people are everywhere nowadays. France, Belgium, England - they have the same tactics: (from what I've seen) it's usually women in middle twenties, wearin' their traditional (I guess) clothes and have this little piece of paper, with something written on there (I was unable to translate).
So, just like in Belfast, they walk you up to your car, trying to explain something with only one word - money.
I usually drow them a map - the nearest way to Job centre.
They aint poor - they're just lazy.
